A lot of claim is via online/app. Is HL Assurance also? Claim process is easy? is family plan cover 3 children and spouse? If one accident happen, is it there is one year for claim (not like travel insurance need to do treatment within 30 day only).0

[Claims Process] Am covered by Accident Protect Plan 360 Diamond Plan not Platinum Plan, my mistake in my previous review .. Am very thankful to Hong Leong Assurance Company (HLAC) for their very responsive and immediate actions to assists me in my sickness/infectious claims which I didn't know at all that am fully covered. My claims was more than a year ago, yet, HLAC did their best role to help me, and from that time on, my perspective and point of view of Insurance Coverage totally changed me, and all my children I personally recommended them to be covered by Insurance, Hospitalization and Personal Accident Plans ...👍👍👍💯0
